Electrical Assembler Technician

As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for performing electrical assembly work on equipment, modernizations, and parts for lifting equipment in the nuclear power industry. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and other electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical assembly work on equipment, modernizations, and parts for lifting equipment in the nuclear power industry.
• Assist with the start-up and troubleshooting of controls and equipment.
• Work with mechanical assemblers as needed.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor, Manufacturing Mechanical Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager, Production Planners, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and various control types, including inverters, two or three speed controls, and static stepless controls.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with heavy equipment and electrical components is a plus.
