As a Quality Engineer, you will:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and execution plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and technology to ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Lead a team of test managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistency across initiatives.
  • Collaborate with application architects to design effective test infrastructure.

  • Engage with Product Owners to review test scenarios and validate results.
  • Establish quality metrics to analyze and report to management, identifying areas for innovation and improvement.

  • Explore and implement innovative testing technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in quality and test engineering, particularly in the financial sector.
  • Proficient in various testing methodologies, including test-driven development and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HP Quality Center and Selenium.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins and version control systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
