U-Haul Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
U-Haul is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive their U-Box containers in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
- Load and unload U-Box containers for delivery.
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- Clean motor vehicle driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Department of Transportation certification.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL).
Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
