About the Role:
Our Worcester branch is a bustling location specializing in the installation of Tyres, Brakes, Mechanical Components, MOT Inspections, and Vehicle Maintenance.
HiQ is experiencing significant growth, making this an exhilarating time for the organization. We seek an individual capable of guiding the team to propel this progress.
Working Hours:
44 hours per week; Monday to Saturday
Compensation:
Competitive and negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively support our technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT inspectors in the workshop.
2. Ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting sales.
3. Engage with customers at the reception and via phone.
4. Perform administrative tasks such as updating inventory systems, reconciling cash/credit transactions, and ensuring adherence to work practices and quality standards.
5. Uphold Company policies and Health & Safety regulations, maintaining high standards.
6. Set objectives for the team and oversee their performance and bonus opportunities.
Qualifications:
You should possess prior experience in tyre fitting and mechanical work, along with leadership capabilities and strong communication skills. Previous managerial experience is essential.
