Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Nicholas Ross Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical skillset and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and repair air filtration equipment in medical and manufacturing environments.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Use test equipment and basic hand tools.
  • Read and interpret schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Be PC literate and able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Participate in annual merit bonus and incentive plans.
  • Work flexible hours and travel as required.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with training provided.
  • Previous experience in HVAC, PC repair, plumbing, automotive technician, appliance repair, or ATM repair is a plus.
