This pivotal role will translate the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Hospital into effective action, ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Charge Nurse Team and ensure effective triage and management of patient care.
- Collaborate with paramedic logistic teams and dispatchers to meet the demands across the geographic service areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity and streamline throughput.
- Provide clinical consultation and support to staff, escalating issues as needed.
- Act as a patient advocate, performing service recovery and mitigating operational concerns with 3rd party vendors.
- Bachelor's degree and current MA RN license required.
- 5+ years nursing experience with progressive supervisory experience required.
- Experience as a House Supervisor overseeing broad hospital operations or similar operating model required.
- Proficiency with Epic and ability to learn Paramedic Dispatch Software.
