Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Predictive Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Post Holdings. As a Predictive Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our processes and production. Your responsibilities will include addressing equipment breakdowns, contributing to process improvements, and implementing precision maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain precision maintenance programs to increase machine reliability
• Utilize CMMS to support the maintenance function, including review, execution, and documentation of scheduled and unscheduled work
• Diagnose and repair mechanical power transmission equipment, including gearboxes, mechanical drives, and motors
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior training and education in OSHA 10 Hour, HAZMAT, Arc Flash, LOTO, electrical systems, and fall protection preferred
• 1+ years' experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, utilities, and/or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to do basic math
• Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
