Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery facilities, including walls, ceilings, floors, and production equipment.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as washing walls, ceilings, and floors, removing trash, and disinfecting refrigerator units and trash rooms.
- Conduct regular maintenance cleaning of equipment, proofers, freezers, and spiral coolers.
- Ensure the exterior of the facility is well-maintained and free of debris.
- Oversee the storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Work to maintain and improve the quality, legality, and safety of products and processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of production sanitation experience preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Work in hot and cold environments on occasion.
