Residential Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Supporter to join our team at ABLE Associates. As a Residential Supporter, you will play a vital role in providing direct care services to adults living in residential homes with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities- Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
- Support residents in developing independent living skills and promoting a high quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- Ability to pass a Cori check and obtain a valid driver's license.
- Experience working in a care aide position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sign-on bonus up to $2,000.
