- Manage ventilator settings, perform lab draws including arterial blood gases, and respond to emergency situations such as Code Blue activations.
- Current RN Licensure in the State of Texas.
- Flexibility to be cross-trained in various unit areas.
- Strong commitment to adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Educational background including an Associate Degree, Baccalaureate Degree, or Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Required certifications: BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC/TCAR, CPI.
- Familiarity with fundamental nursing performance standards is essential.
- Successful completion of the Medication Assessment with a minimum score of 90% is required.
