We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Facilities to join our team at adidas in Spartanburg, SC. As a key member of our Facilities & Services team, you will be responsible for the efficient management and operation of our Spartanburg Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the facilities team to ensure a high level of service delivery to all customers across the campus.
  • Align service levels and costs for Corporate Facilities + Services and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain all technical installations in the highly automated building complex, ensuring operational readiness at all times.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise constructional and technical facility management, taking economic aspects into account.
  • Ensure adherence to US statutory safety regulations (e.g. OSHA) and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement quality control and further development of standards and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners at the site to better understand customer requirements.
  • Manage space/occupancy planning and implementation of moves (moves management).
Requirements
  • University/college degree focusing on civil engineering, electrical engineering, and/or mechanical engineering with additional business management training.
  • At least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar function.
  • Extensive knowledge of all areas of state-of-the-art facility management.
  • Entrepreneurial and business mindset, with distinctive analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills.
  • Distinctive team orientation and assertiveness.
  • Solid MS Office skills, knowledge in the application of CAFM systems, and knowledge of SAP an advantage.
  • Competent English language skills.
