Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment on campus
  • Supervise special projects and handle compliance issues as needed
  • Perform independent tasks and complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner
  • Uphold the Company's Mission Statement and maintain HIPAA standards
  • Represent the campus in a positive manner and create an environment that fosters respect and courtesy for residents and employees
Requirements
  • Advanced technical training in at least four of the following areas: mechanics, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, landscaping, or HVAC
  • HVAC and Universal EPA certifications are required
  • CPO certification required
  • Direct previous experience in mechanical or maintenance is required, with two years of experience in a similar maintenance position desired
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be able to work outdoors and indoors during the work day, climb up to two flights of stairs, and lift objects of 25 pounds or less over the head. Ability to swim at least 25 yards is also required.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record as specified by the Company and by the Company's automobile insurance carrier.
