Job Description: We are looking for skilled and dependable Senior Plumbing Specialists to start with our team on commercial construction projects throughout the greater Greenville area. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with large-scale plumbing systems and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work adheres to industry standards and local codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in commercial settings.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects on time.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial plumber.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools used in commercial construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving plumbing issues.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
