Media Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Genesis Global Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling strategic multi-media advertising plans to business owners and community leaders, helping them build their local businesses' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and community leaders to understand their advertising needs and goals.
- Design and implement effective TV and digital advertising campaigns to meet clients' objectives.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of creative and meeting campaign expectations.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, generating revenue for the company.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Continuously grow your book of business while increasing clients' advertising spend year-over-year.
- Develop and enhance sales skills, including effective storytelling, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and a positive mindset.
- Driven by practical results, opportunities to learn, and opportunities to assist others with intention.
- Effective relationship-building, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Media sales experience preferred, with an excellent understanding of TV and media plans, advertising marketplace, and key competition.
- Ability to quickly recover from adversity.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record.
