Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Management Associate is essential in ensuring the effective and precise administration of revenue generation processes within our financial services and wealth management organization. This role encompasses the oversight of various components of the revenue cycle, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of financial operations, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities. This position will engage with client-facing financial advisory teams, accounting, and compliance departments throughout the entire revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate all invoices for designated teams and oversee the billing queue on a monthly basis.
  • Manage adjustments for upcoming months and communicate deadlines effectively with teams.
  • Monitor and verify account changes for each billing period to ensure invoice accuracy, including:
    • New clients
    • New accounts
    • Billed/non-billed accounts and assets
    • Closed/transferred accounts
  • Notify teams of account cash requirements for each billing period, confirming all cash balances prior to processing fees at custodians.
  • Prepare and upload fees to custodians.
  • Confirm payments and finalize monthly invoices.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring accurate and current account information.
  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide revenue reconciliation reports to teams at month-end, detailing revenue received and outstanding invoices.
  • Comply with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the financial services sector, ideally in revenue cycle management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM.
