Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Center team. The successful candidate will provide excellent telephone coverage, utilizing proficient knowledge in all department processes, procedures, and software applications that support the daily operations of the Contact Center.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading research, teaching, and clinical healthcare system in the country. As a Contact Center Specialist I, you will be responsible for answering calls accurately and timely, maintaining efficiency with all departmental processes and procedures. You will also ensure that all calls are answered according to established behavioral standards, demonstrating a high level of service excellence in all interactions with patients, business partners, and team members.

What We Offer
Penn State Health offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of job-related experience
• Ability to successfully complete a hands-on training program
• Proficient knowledge in all department processes, procedures, and software applications that support the daily operations of the Contact Center
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, decision-making, and resilience
