About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at EagleCare LLC. As a Medical Records Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff in maintaining accurate medical records
  • Routinely evaluate the accuracy and completion of records
  • Work with physicians, office staff, and nursing management team to optimize the utilization of electronic medical records
  • Act as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates

Requirements
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • CPR Certification
  • Must have 2 (two) to 3 (three) years of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
  • Knowledge of federal/state regulations
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office
