Integrated Care Team Manager

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Care Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, with licensure in the State of Oklahoma. You will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage and coordinate clinical services to ensure efficient delivery
