Pipeline Integrity Specialist

Audubon Companies is seeking a skilled Pipeline Integrity Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our pipeline systems through the implementation of effective corrosion prevention and control measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field surveys and data collection to identify potential corrosion risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with our pipeline integrity department to develop and implement corrosion prevention plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including NACE and API guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Perform soil resistivity testing and pipe-to-soil measurements to identify potential corrosion risks.
- AAS in Pipeline Integrity or Corrosion preferred.
- NACE Cathodic Protection Tester (CP1) or Cathodic Protection Technician (CP2) certification required.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in pipeline integrity and corrosion prevention.
- Strong knowledge of corrosion prevention and control measures, including cathodic protection and coating systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
