As our first point of contact with clients and referral sources, you will play a vital role in creating a comprehensive intake assessment of their service needs. Using this treatment plan, you will link the client to necessary services within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients to document their history, strengths, and weaknesses, goals, and support systems.
  • Conduct Intake assessments and complete authorizations.
  • Represent our programs by maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with referral sources and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited school.
  • Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
  • Valid CA driver's license and active auto insurance.
