We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning, with expertise in Excel and Advanced Excel Functions. You will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance
  • Analyze market trends and adjust forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective forecasting and inventory management practices
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain plans

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a fun and inclusive work environment, access to company insurance, and a brand new company laptop.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply and Demand Planning
  • Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel Functions
  • Experience working with Netsuite preferred
  • Experience working with BOMs preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
