Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Pure & Gentle, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supply chain management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations.
  • Implement best practices and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
