About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Planner III to join our team at RS&H. As a key member of our Transportation Planning practice, you will be responsible for leading transportation planning projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation plans and strategies to meet client needs
  • Conduct data analysis and research to inform transportation planning decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited university
  • Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field from an accredited university preferred
  • PE and/or AICP Certification preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation planning/engineering
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to track project tasks and financial management
  • Business acumen and facilitation skills working with clients and stakeholders
