Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform primary task of handling drywall patch work, finishing, and texturing drywall.
  • Measure and cut drywall for installation.
  • Use power tools to sand panels and remove irregularities.
  • Paint upon completion of drywall repair/finish work.
  • Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction/drywall experience.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Physical strength and stamina.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
  • Have experience working in occupied residential dwellings.
  • Be able to take direction from their crew lead and project manager.
  • Experienced in most/all types of wall repair and painting.
  • Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the drywall trade.
  • Attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship to ensure quality wall patches and matching finishes.
  • Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work.
