The Mother Infant Unit is a 23-bed postpartum unit that provides care to patients and their newborns. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in postpartum nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
