About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a RN on our Bigelow 11 unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute medical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care plans and implement nursing interventions
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Current MA RN license
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience in an inpatient setting
  • BSN preferred
  • Ability to work full-time with a day/night/evening rotation schedule
