Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to understand project goals and deliverables
  • Negotiate contract agreements and prepare written estimates
  • Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
  • Work closely with Sales to develop relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure project materials are available
  • Visit project sites to evaluate progress and address client concerns
  • Communicate with site superintendents and clients regarding project status
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional working relationship with clients, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry or large commercial/industrial industry
  • Strong understanding of project management in construction
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, Procore)
  • Active driver's license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or Architecture
  • SCIF construction experience a plus
  • Commercial general contractor experience
  • PMP certification
  • Active security clearance a plus
