As a Patient Care Technician at Jefferson Health, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. You will be responsible for providing direct bedside care, including respiratory services, rehabilitation services, and phlebotomy.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR-BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- One year of experience in an acute care inpatient environment preferred.
- Patient Care Technician/Nursing Assistant certification preferred.

As a condition of employment, you will be required to undergo a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, a Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check.
Covid Vaccination RequirementCovid vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson Health for employees working at our clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated, you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
