Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
