Position Overview
The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role within the HR team, collaborating closely with leadership to oversee and support various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to management and staff on employment matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Engage in recruitment efforts and support the onboarding process, including conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Assist in the administration of leave of absence policies.
  • Support payroll processing activities.
  • Participate in ongoing HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, performance management, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Demonstrate consistent and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Exceptional consultative and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
