Position Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role within our HR team, collaborating closely with facility leadership to ensure effective HR management. This position is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to management and staff on employment matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Engage in recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and lead new hire orientation sessions.
  • Assist in managing leave of absence requests and payroll processing.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a manufacturing context.
