Job Overview

Wolter, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Brookfield, WI. As an integral part of our financial operations, you will be responsible for processing invoices, supporting the Accounts Payable team, and partnering with our finance staff to maintain top-notch communication and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process incoming invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
  • Perform electronic 3-way matching and manual entry of non-PO invoices.
  • Collaborate with the team to handle statements and support additional accounts payable tasks.
  • Be the backbone of our finance department, ensuring we stay organized, compliant, and on top of our financial game.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented mindset – Your accuracy ensures every payment is processed smoothly.
  • Organizational superpowers – You can handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Experience in A/P processing or high-volume data entry is a big plus.
  • Basic math skills, 10-key calculator experience, and proficiency with Excel and Windows-based systems.
