Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with payroll data and has experience in processing payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process allocated payrolls in the region, confirming accuracy of source data from HR before submission to the RPC.
  • Collaborate with HR for verification of payroll changes, new starters, leavers, and other amendments to the payroll.
  • Support the RPC dealing with external authorities such as local authorities, pension providers, and other statutory regulators.
  • Investigate and resolve queries from employees on a timely basis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the payroll process in the NASA region.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of related payroll experience, ADP experience (preferably ADP Workforce Now), data entry, data conversion, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and solid Excel experience are also essential.
