Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across multiple locations.
  • Adhere to governmental regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
  • Support management in employee relations, focusing on performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
  • Provide guidance to HR generalists and management on complex HR issues.

  • Develop learning and development initiatives for employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Stay informed on trends and changes in human resources and employment law.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing HR environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (specifically Paycom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge and skills.
