Esri is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Marketing. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the digital experience, content, development, and design teams to ensure successful on-page optimizations on our websites.
- Conduct keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities, to inform our SEO strategies.
- Analyze and provide insights into site analytics reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action items.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to ensure our websites are optimized for search engines.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maximize local search exposure and provide international SEO recommendations for our distributor websites.
- Help manage website migrations by reviewing analytics, redirects, benchmarking traffic, and identifying potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, including structured data, rich snippets, and core web vitals.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field; or 3 years of experience in SEO and a Master's degree.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including SEO-friendly site architecture, meta tags, and redirection.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to proactively assess SEO performance and identify issues and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high caliber of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel and Google Search Console.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Experience working with website analytics and SEO tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Bing Webmaster Tools, Semrush, Supermetrics, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
Esri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) and profit-sharing program, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $68,640—$107,120 USD.
