Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Title V grant management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the RGC Title V DHSI grant, "Creating a Culture of Care", and will coordinate the development of policies and procedures regarding the grant, faculty development, student interventions, and related grant piloted activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership to and direct aspects of the Title V project: Culture of Care.
  • Effectively supervise RGC Title V DHSI staff to achieve objectives, including oversight of the Student Services Director, Career Services Director, 3 Retention Specialists, and counselor.
  • Express an informed understanding of Title V objectives to all university and community constituencies.
  • Assist with all required internal and external reports.
  • Work with key personnel across all four campuses, with a primary focus on students at the SRSU-RGC campuses.
Requirements
  • Master's degree (or a combination of education and experience).
  • Experience in educational administration and/or student services in a postsecondary institution.
  • Excellent rapport with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Familiarity with Federal grant programs, student onboarding, and student success interventions.
  • Any qualifications considered as equivalents require prior approval of the Human Resources Director.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Work with diverse university communities and a demonstrated commitment to enhancing the success of undergraduate students.
