Job Title: Psychiatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Advocate to join our team at New Wave People. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
