Key Responsibilities:- Grow sales through targeted prospecting and event planning for groups of 15 or more in assigned restaurants
- Manage the booking process, ensuring client satisfaction and completion of event details
- Develop quarterly sales plans and maintain existing relationships while soliciting new customer connections
- Collaborate with the General Manager and restaurant team to source, plan, and execute local store marketing activities
- Drive overall traffic and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or relevant experience; experience in the Restaurant/Attraction industry preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office applications; experience in Tripleseat and Open Table a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
