Visit Orlando is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve membership and advertising sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans and budgets to achieve membership and advertising sales goals.
- Identify and qualify new member prospects and initiate appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Solicit organizations through appropriate channels to sell advertising and other marketing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members and prospects to ensure their business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the Member Relations team to hand-off recruited new members and support the sales of member events and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in corporate relationship management and new business development, B2B sales and revenue generation.
- Track record of successful business development, sales, and revenue-generation.
- Ability to generate leads independently and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation skills.
The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel occasionally to conduct client and member visits, attend trade shows, and other requirements as needed.
