Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer I is a customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains, and modifies medical imaging equipment at customer sites. As a representative of Ziehm Orthoscan Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, service, maintain, and modify medical imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including service orders, customer interactions, and product feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer with medical digital imaging systems and general fluoroscopy equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuitry, medical digital imaging systems, and general fluoroscopy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The majority of the work is performed off-site at customer facilities. Must be willing to work overtime as necessary and maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and meet company insurability guidelines.
