Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with guests, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest
  • Build relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Shinola products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with a passion for luxury goods and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
