Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Coordinator to provide administrative support to our practice groups. This role will work in a collaborative team environment, tracking key events, metrics, and client proposals. The successful candidate will assist with the completion of requests for proposals from clients and contribute to the marketing efforts of our practice sections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, format, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain practice section and team calendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meeting presenters.
  • Coordinate messaging calendars for sections and teams.
  • Track section matter successes and manage practice section and team rosters and email lists.
  • Manage multiple practice sections and team projects, providing status reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist with the timely completion of section assessments and business plans.
  • Track key events within sections and teams.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist with marketing and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • An associate's degree or Paralegal certificate required.
  • Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with iManage and Litify a plus.
