Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of practice integration strategies for EVO/Visian ICL products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the refractive surgical specialist and treatment coordinator community, as well as experience in sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute practice development tools and programs to increase EVO/Visian ICL awareness and consideration.
  • Partner with practices and the sales/marketing team to develop and execute activities and programs that support the integration of EVO/Visian ICL products.
  • Support the integration of ICL digital tools, messages, and toolkits into practices' websites, social media, and other digital media.
  • Coordinate activities with the sales team, marketing, clinical applications, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and account support.
  • Provide assistance to practitioners and treatment coordinators with product training and business analysis to build knowledge and confidence.
  • Assist in observing and determining market trends, assessing and reporting on competitive products and promotional activities, and providing new ideas for new products or practice management and marketing programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, technology, or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a clinical or healthcare field.
  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, with practice management consulting in the refractive industry being a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, and adapt to different individuals at all levels.
