Daily Responsibilities:


The HR Specialist will handle daily administrative tasks related to visa and immigration services, collaborating with external immigration attorneys.

This role encompasses maintaining employee benefits information within payroll systems and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. The specialist will also oversee various aspects of employee relations, including processing visa applications and managing green card procedures. Regular engagement with employees to address inquiries regarding benefits is anticipated. Furthermore, this position necessitates staying informed about employment laws to ensure alignment with company policies.

Compensation may vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401K retirement plan with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Japanese and English, with strong English communication skills
Experience in payroll processing, with or without payroll software
