As a Senior Care Manager Lead at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will lead a team of Care Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory support to Care Managers, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services to residents, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Assist with meal service in the dining room, ensuring that our residents receive excellent hospitality standards.
Accurately document care and services provided to residents, reviewing care manager documentation throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitoring team member break schedules and durations.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED, with a strong preference for previous experience working with seniors.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with Care Managers, Community Managers, residents, and family members.
Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain applicable certifications, including a Medication Management Certificate.
Demonstrates leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments and make choices in the best interest of our residents.
