• Establish and expand the Nucleic Acid team within the organization.

• Conduct and supervise personal experimental research alongside the work of associated scientists.
• Ensure the smooth integration of developed business ventures into existing company operations.
Required Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience in research and development, preferably within an industrial setting.
• A PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading an R&D team, ideally in an industrial context.
• Recognized expert in complex parenteral formulations, including microparticles, polymeric nanoparticles, lipid nanoparticles, polymeric implants, liposomes, and micelles.
