We are open to providing training for those eager to develop their skills in the security and alarm sector. Once adequately trained, the technician will operate in the field, focusing on the upkeep and repair of CCTV, access control, burglar alarm systems, and other related technologies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, testing, and repairs on both residential and commercial alarm systems.
- Diagnose and service control panels, door contacts, motion detectors, and fire safety devices.
- Educate clients on the proper operation of their security systems.
- Document all service activities clearly and accurately.
- Manage the company vehicle, inventory, tools, and communication devices effectively.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
- Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours service calls.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
