Job Summary

Walgreens is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
