Job SummaryThe Senior Post Surgical Nurse will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. This role requires pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, as well as coordinating the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
- Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients in the Unit to provide quality patient care.
- Collaborate with medical providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
