Senior Nurse Manager for Surgical Services

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Pre and Post Op settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this field and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. A Master's Degree or higher is preferred.
About the RoleThe Senior Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
- Coordinating department participation in Performance Improvement activities to ensure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Providing clinical support to the nursing staff.
- Demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the Surgical Services team.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $115,000 - $140,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:
